Conference Room Guidelines

This agreement sets the standard terms for customer rental imposed by OMY! Beauty Suites. By reserving and renting this venue, the renter agrees to these stipulations and rules of conduct: 

  • As a renter, I am only receiving access for the agreed upon venue space which may be limited to the rental time that has been reserved and paid for. 

 

  • Any group leaving after scheduled departure times will incur a pro-rated addition to their charge. The charge will be $50 per additional hour.

 

  • The Venue Provider may restrict your access to the premises for any reason immediately before or after your rental time has started and expired.

 

  • I Understand that reservations can only be made 60 days in advance.

 

  • I acknowledge  that I will not serve alcohol to anyone who is a minor, who is prior to the event under the influence of liquor, who is disorderly, who is addicted to the excessive use of liquor, or who will consume in any vehicle on the premises. 

 

  • I must not act in a manner that, in the Venue Provider's sole discretion, does or is likely to adversely affect the peaceful operation of the premises. Renter agrees to close the conference room during the event unless approved otherwise. 

 

  • I will not use the premises for illegal purposes or in any manner that could tarnish the reputation of OMY! Beauty Suites or their premises. 

 

  • I will not tamper with, borrow, or remove any property kept on the premises.

 

  • I will not cause or permit any hazardous substance to be used, stored, generated, released or disposed of on or in the premises.

 

  • I will check in and out prior to and following the use of the facilities and am responsible for possible loss or damage of equipment/furniture until I have checked out.

 

  • I understand that I must maintain my rental area and the common areas of the premises in a neat, clean and sanitary condition. 

 

  • I will be held solely responsible for the agreed upon rental area, including any common areas . 

 

  • I will be held accountable for any injury or damages sustained during the duration of the rental and occupancy on the premises. 

 

  • I will be held liable for any guest, invitee, or visitor actions on the premises.  

 

  • Any signs, symbols, or other objects displayed on the premises must be approved by OMY! Beauty Suites, and must be removed immediately following the duration of the reservation.

 

  • Any rental user who markets an event intended to attract the general public must provide a disclaimer on all promotional materials. This includes all communications, including but not limited to: flyers, posters, web pages, graphics, social media, public notices, press releases, digital advertising, box office promotions, interviews, and public service announcements.

 

  • OMY! Beauty Suites reserves the right to revoke facility use privileges of any individual and/or group that does not comply with the policy and guidelines stated herein or violates the terms and conditions of the Conference Room Rental Agreement

 

Cancellation

  • The person making the reservation must 

 

  • Cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to the event. 

 

  • I understand the $50 deposit is Non-Refundable.
